quickie visit: february 15th - 18th
jake's meeting me there.
thursday night i get in around 9pm, so i won't even try to perform, but will probably try to head to the burlesque show anyway.
friday night jake gets in sometime, and i go and do some balboa/swing dancing (competing in only one dance contest this time). then drinkies! i'll meet up with you guys probably around midnight.
saturday and sunday are pretty open-- no specific agenda. i fly out late afternoon/early evening sunday.
am going to ping thelmasue for a meetup, and want to see the rest of you!

friday night i'm competing balboa with my friend from raleigh, like i did last year. it's a public dance, too, but if'n you're not a bal geek, the $15 cover might be too much. but i can totally do karaoke after that-- friday late night or maybe saturday? -

If you don't mind something as dull as a Holiday Inn or something like that, there are a few places like that in the area. Not right downtown, but a ten minute walk from there. And about 10 minutes from my place as well. Just a thought! -

We are within the city limits, and two blocks from a major street and 5 blocks from a super major bus center. Anyway, we do have a finished "man-room" in the basement you can stay in if you don't mind a cranky cat and an air mattress. I too work early in the morning, but you'd be in the basement so I wouldn't really disturb you. If you can get yourself around via cab or bus, you're more than welcome to crash here. -

Mynx chose the hotel, I think based on the "25 Cent Vibrating Bed" room upgrades and proximity to some of Seattles seediest alleys.
The name "Queen Anne" is, as Anne knows, no coincidence. It refers to her status as the drag queen of the west. Kind of like Mynx is the transexual object of my idolatry, and Yet is my lesbian sister from outer space.
Thrusday we are doing the show thing (burlesque) and Friday is the Mynx's dance competition. -
